Owner & President Frank Sullivan began his landscaping career with a car and lawnmower in 1979. He worked for and eventually bought Skinner Lawn Service in 1999, and acquired Overlook Landscaping that same year.

Frank went on to incorporate Skinner Overlook Landscape & Design, Inc. in 1999. In 2006, he launched The Potting Bench as a new division of the company, a full-service florist serving both residential and commercial clients.

As an active member in the community, Skinner Overlook has received recognition from the Braintree Public School System for its fundraising efforts and pro bono work.
